Adult DAycare - now open

Our services include:

Care Plans - We create individualized care plans that honor each participant's unique needs, abilities, and goals. Our team works closely with families to assess daily living skills, health considerations, social interests, and support requirements to ensure that every person receives compassionate, structured and engaging care.

RN Services and Support - Our Certified nursing staff provides weekly health monitoring to participants. This includes observations of mood and behavior, mobility, nutrition, and any changes in daily functioning.

Nutritious Meals - Participants enjoy nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks daily that are prepared to support health and individual dietary needs. Our menus are curated to offer fresh ingredients and familiar favorites, ensuring every participants feels cared for and satisfied.

Transportation - We provide safe, reliable transportation to and from our center daily. Our trained drivers support accessibility needs and offer a smooth, dependable ride for every individual we serve.
